Results of the miRNAs expression in the samples of liver tissues. Each value represents the ratio of expression HCC/NCCT calculated using the ΔΔCt method (HCC/NCCT= 2^{- ΔΔCt} ) on the average of the repetitions of each sample. The inclusion in the expression categories has the ratio 2 (or 0.5) as threshold with a margin of 5% confidence. MiR-222 was more frequently hyperexpressed than any other miRNAs (p=0.0065).
