Dose-response curves of CSC, SAR-OS and MNNG/HOS cells to DOX, CIS and MTX. Cells were incubated with different doses of DOX (A), CIS (B) and MTX (C) during 48 hours. Cell survival was analyzed using the MTT assay. The mean IC50 values of all drugs in CSCs were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than those in SAR-OS and MNNG/HOS cells. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of five independent experiments, performed in duplicate. The lines represent the fit to a sigmoid model.
