TNBC-TICs proliferate significantly faster than TNBC, TPBC-TICs, TPBC or parental 4T1 cells. TNBC-TICs (filled circles), TNBC (open circles), TPBC-TICs (filled squares), TPBC (open squares), or parental 4T1 cells (filled triangles) were seeded at 104 cells into T-250 tissue culture flasks on day 0 in media containing DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS. At various times cell count was determined using a hemocytometer under a phase-contrast light microscope. Data represent the mean number of cells ± SD and is the sum of four independently performed experiments performed in quadruplicates.
