(B) Figures correspond to representative inmunohistochemical analysis of normal and tumor samples. Bars represent 50 μm. For other details see Figure 3. ALY protein levels are intensively detected in the nuclei of normal and low-grade tumors of colon, stomach, thyroid and pancreas, whereas some of more advanced tumors such as colon and stomach present a decrease of the nuclear staining.
