Effects of ERK targeted docking domain inhibitors on cell proliferation. (A) HeLa cells were seeded at 250 cells/mL in the presence or absence of 100 uM of the indicated test compound. After 10-14 days, cell colonies were fixed with formaldehyde and stained with crystal violet. Colonies were counted and normalized to the controls for each experiment.
