Squamocin induced cell cycle arrest at the G 1 phase. Cells were treated with 15, 30, and 60 μM squamocin for 24 h, and then cells were stained with propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry. G1, S, and G2/M indicate cell phase. Cells without squamocin treatment served as a control. (A) GBM841 cells. (B) Huh-7 cells. (C) SW620 cells.
