Confirmation of NET1 knockdown. Figure 1A; NET1 mRNA expression in AGS gastric cancer cells following transduction with non-targeting scrambled shRNA (control cells) or separate NET1 targeting shRNA molecules. Five separate NET1 targeting shRNA molecules were transduced (denoted; 63, 64. 65. 66 & 67) in duplicate (a & b).
