  5. b An indication for at least sub-clinical symptoms (at least moderate) of psychosocial problems is to fulfill to one of more of the cut-off scores as described below:
  6. 1. Cut-off score of ≥ 5 on the physical complaints subscale
  7. 2. Cut-off score of ≥ 6 on the psychological complaints subscale
  8. 3. Cut-off score of ≥ 1 on the item: "Would you like to discuss these problems with someone" on the social/financial problems subscale
  9. 4. Cut-off score of ≥ 1 on the item: "Would you like to discuss these problems with someone" on the sexual problems subscale
  10. cAn indication for clinical symptoms (high) of psychosocial problems is to fulfill to one of more of the cut-off scores as described below:
  11. 1. Cut-off score of ≥ 6 on the physical complaints subscale
