  1. Cells seeded in 6-well plates at 20,000 cells/ml in 2 ml culture medium were cultured in the absence (Control) or presence of N7 and N6L. Seven days after seeding, cells were trypsinized and counted. Nucant pseudopeptides were added only once 5 hours after seeding of cells. Consistently, N6L manifests at least 2-fold higher inhibitory activity compared to N7.
