Effects of anti-emmprin antibody on ECI-(GlcNAc) 2 -induced stimulation of MMP-2 production by fibroblasts. Fibroblasts were cultured in the presence of ECI-(GlcNAc)2 and anti-emmprin antibody or control non-immune IgG for 3 days, and the conditioned media were subjected to enzyme immunoassay for MMP-2.
