W-5 restored 8-pMeOPT-induced Ca 2+ elevation even in the presence of mSIRK. b) YM58483 (5 μM) inhibited mSIRK-induced Ca 2+ elevation in SK-Mel-2 cells. c) Cell migration assay was performed in SK-Mel-2 cells in the presence or absence of 8-pMeOPT, mSIRK, W-5 or YM58483.
