Expression was adjusted to GAPDH internal control. (B)Representative gel of zymographic analysis. (C)Conditioned media equivalent to 5 × 103 cells was subjected to zymographic analysis and density of bands was measured using BioRad Universal Hood II and Quantity One 4.6.1 software (BioRad). Experiments were replicated 3 times. Data represents % control of 468-CON cells and is presented as the mean +/- SEM. * = sig. different than corresponding treatment of 468-CON (p < 0.01); δ = sig. different than corresponding treatment of 468-OPN (p < 0.001).
