  1. Hazard ratios (HR) and their 95% confidence intervals (CI) are reported for each model along with coefficient p-values. WGCNA and COX patient mortality groups predicted survival at p < 0.05, and the overall model R2 and p-values were similar across all three models. The COX model achieved the strongest hazards ratios for the moderate and high mortality groups. Her2+ was the strongest variable predictor but did not achieve significance at the 0.05 level. Variables were selected for multivariate analysis if they were significantly related to survival in a univariate CPH model (p < 0.05).
