  1. HUVECs were seeded in Matrigel-coated 96-well plates, and untreated or treated with LGD1069, in the presence of 2 ng/ml VEGF. Vehicle (DMSO) was utilized as a control. Five fields were counted for each well, and each concentration repeated three wells. Data were expressed as mean ± SD. a p < 0.05, b p < 0.01 compared with control (n = 3).
