From: Aberrant methylation of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor type 2B (NMDAR2B) in non-small cell carcinoma
Quantitative analysis of NMDAR2B gene expression in NSCLCs. Taqman-MSP analysis with a probe targeted to the CPG island of NMDAR2B was performed using 120 non-malignant lung tissues, 216 NSCLC samples, and nine cell lines. The cut-off value was defined as 1.0 based on previous reports [7]; five of 120 nonmalignant lung tissue samples were negative by this cut-off value.
