Panel of cell lines tested. DDLS refers to de-differentiated liposarcoma, OS osteosarcoma and RMS rhabdomyosarcoma. RMS13 was initially classified TP53 ^Wt, but reclassified as TP53 ^Mut after extended DNA sequence analysis. MDM2 copy number and expression were determined previously as described in Müller et al, 2007.
