Invasion and scattering of P9WT and S3DN cells in vitro. (A) 25,000 cells cultured in 10% FCS containing media were plated on Matrigel-coated inserts and allowed to invade. Invaded cells were fixed, stained with hematoxylin, and counted. Values represent mean number of cells for triplicate cultures. (B) Quantification of invaded cells for each cell line.
