A: mPGES-1 and COX-2 expression were detected by western blot in the colon cancer lines HCT-116 and SW1116, either mock-transfected or overexpressing mPGES-1 (HCT-116/PGES and SW1116/PGES respectively). The bands intensity was quantified and normalized to the corresponding intensity of actin in the sample (graph).
