Akt regulates gastric differentiation induced by HMBA. A, Cytosol and nuclear proteins were extracted from cells treated as indicated and resolved on SDS-PAGE and blotted with anti-phospho-Akt, -Akt, phospho-GSK-3β, and GSK-3β, using anti-α-tubulin and Topo IIβ as control of the cytosolic and nuclear fractions respectively.
