Median of relative overexpression was calculated for each group (lower and upper quartile values in parenthesis). Statistical significance was denoted in the groups were the number of cases was sufficient to perform the Wilcoxon matched-pairs test (size, nodal status, ER, PR, HER2 status) and a P-value of < 0.05 was observed.
