Effects of bafilomycin on C-DIM-induced responses. [A] Growth inhibition in breast cancer cells. MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-453 cells were treated with DMSO, C-DIMs alone (10 μm), or in combination with bafilomycin (150 nM) for 48 hr, and cells were counted as described in the Materials and Methods.
