  1. The percentage of patients with RT-qPCR positive blood samples is shown. RT-qPCR positivity was defined as gene expression beyond the cut-off threshold, which was set for each gene marker at three standard deviations from the mean expression in healthy control blood samples. Positivity in percentage shown for the "panel" (CCNE2, DKFZp762E1312, EMP2, MAL2, PPIC and SLC6A8) is defined as positivity for at least one of the markers.
