The proteins listed in the table were only detected in 2D-SDS silver stained gels obtained from MGNT-derived cells forming spheres and not observed in the corresponding gel obtained with the same amount of proteins extracted from the original brain tumor. The proteins were identified by mass spectrometry analysis.
