REACH treatment schedule: Cetuximab (Erbitux ® ) is given at a loading dose of 400 mg/m 2 body surface on day 1, the current dose during radiotherapy on days 8, 15, 22, 29, 36 and 43 is 250 mg/m 2 body surface. Chemotherapy (Carboplatin 70 mg/m2 body surface/5-FU 600 mg/m2 body surface) is given on days 8-12 and 36-40. Radiotherapy (IMRT) starts one week after the loading dose of cetuximab an day 8. From day 29 onwards, an additional fraction of RT (concomitant boost) will be given to a total dose of 69,9 Gy.
