  1. aAnnotated genes recurrently enriched in GSEA (> 2 pathways) were analyzed using IPA. Four hundred pathways were identified with a B-H p value < 1 × 10-5. Virtually all of them were categorized as malignancy, proliferation and survival, vascular processes, and inflammation. The table shows 12 representative pathways with a B-H p value <1 × 10-8, organized according to number of genes included.
