(A) Localisation of the pattern of expression of ADAMTS1 in tissue samples of well, moderately and poorly differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma and proliferative phase endometrium. Representative section of poorly differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma incubated with IgG from the host species is shown as a negative control (inset). Black bar indicates 50 μm. (B) Dual immunofluorescence immunohistochemistry was used to co-localise (yellow channel; iii) the expression of ADAMTS1 (green channel; i) with the endothelial cell specific marker CD31 (red channel; ii) in a representative sample of poorly differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma. Dapi was used as the nuclear counterstain (blue channel; iv).
