Dose-response curves for single 5-FU and LY294002 treatments of AGS and SNU-719 gastric cancer cell lines. Dose-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation by 5-FU and LY294002 in gastric cancer cells. Cells were treated with increasing concentrations of 5-FU (A) or LY294002 (B) for 72 h, and the viable cells were quantified by MTS assay.
