Effect of SGS on apoptosis induction. Apoptosis induction by SGS-transfected cells was measured in flow cytometry in MiaPaCa-2 cells (A) and AsPC-1 cells (B) (Control 1 = untreated cells; control 2 = cells treated with non-sense siRNA).
