Each row represents the colour coded expression of a specific gene; the columns represent the colour coded AM profiles, obtained for each type of comparison between classes: A = chemosensitive patients vs controls; B = chemoresistant patients vs controls; C = chemoresistant vs chemosensitive patients. Hierarchical clustering of expression values is based on euclidean distances and average linkage.
