  1. Single cell suspensions were prepared from pools of cutaneous tumors of mice that were still alive at day 300. FACS analysis of hematopoietic cells infiltrating melanoma tumors was carried using pooled suspension of various tumors in control and HB-19 treated mice (see Table 1 and Methods). Tumor infiltrating cells were stained with CD45/CD11b or with CD45/TcRαβ monoclonal antibodies.
