Effect of BITC and PEITC on NFκB transcriptional activation. L9981 cells were transfected with pNFκB-luc, and treated with 5 - 20 μM of BITC or PEITC for 18 h. NFκB activation was detected by luciferase reporter assay. For NAC protection, cells were pretreated with NAC (1 mM) for 1 h.
